Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Salon Services - 24 hour notice of any cancellation/rescheduling is required or client will be responsible to pay service provider 50% of missed appointment.
On Location Services & Photo/Video Shoots - 48 hour notice required for cancelling/rescheduling or client is responsible to pay 100% of missed appointment.
Any no call, no show will be responsible to pay full service price upon invoice.
Specialty Services:
$100 deposit required upon reservation and is applied towards service total. In event of reschedule, deposit will transfer when given 48 hour notice. In event of cancellation, deposit is non-refundable.
